HovalConnect: Activation

Data protection and security have top priority for Hoval.

Therefore, customers can only access a connected Hoval plant after an internal Hoval activation. For successful activation, Hoval requires the following truthfully completed data.

Online access to the Hoval plant in the future

If you are not the system owner, in addition to the above information we require an informal e-mail from the system owner confirming that you are authorized to access the Hoval plant online in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO).

Please note that requests for activation are only processed during usual business hours. If you have urgent questions or malfunctions, please contact the Hoval customer service in your country by telephone.
